40 grams of waximaize and 10 grams creatine and 5 grams glutamine. I also have some protein about 30 minutes after that.

    Anssi,
In general the rule is consuming carbs of high glycemic index, and whey protein within the 45 minutes after having finished training.Your second meal post training should be after an hour of having taken a shake consisting of lean protein and carbs of low glycemic index. Is this correct? But scientific studies point out that if you consume a 25 gram serving of whey on an empty stomach, levels of blood amino acids peak in an hour, and return to they initial level before the ingestion of whey protein within 4 hours. If this is so, the most adequate wouldn`t it be more adequate to wait at least 2 hours or 2 and a half to have the 1st post shake meal?

    Immediately post- 40g WMS + 2 scoops Purple Wrath + 5g creatine.
30 minutes later- 30g whey hydro or iso (depending on mood) + 1cup oats + 1packet low sugar flavored oats + cinnamon.
...would usually just be plain BCAA, but the Purple Wrath was free.

    Talking Same as always...

I take 3 scoops of Pro-Peptide MBF right after my workouts for gaining periods. I throw in various flavor packs of crystal light to change up the vanilla flavor. Been on it for about 6 months now.

I'm starting to believe the High glycemic index carb thing is a little joke also. Reason being I decided to try it out this passed winter on my bulk. I definitely put on size, but I also put on the most fat ever. My PWO meal consisted of whey and pineapple slices. Obviously I stopped that immediately and now I just have whey with brown rice or grits.

I do a meal but I'm not saying shakes are for losers , I train right after I get up having a shake pre workout, I don't feel like doing back to back shakes, want to get some solid food in me, I usually have to wait 20-30 mins to eat beacuse I'm have nausea from training.
