    dieting for 12 weeks, i start out at around 600 carbs give or take. i work my way up or down as the weeks progress depending on how my body reacts. depletion for me is no less than 100 carbs. this way i gain muscle every time i diet. i actually gain the majority of my muscle through this time period.

    week 12: 600 carbs
    week 8: 400 carbs
    week 4: 200 carbs
    depletion: 100 carbs

    I keep them very high up until day 5 or 6 from competition because my body will loose so much mass if a do a keto diet its not worth it. But when i deplete them or cycle them at around 6 days my body responds very well and shreds up.

    I liek carb cycleing hgih being like 250-300g low being 50g usually somthign like: 7day split: 50/50/100/100/100/150/250-350 (cheatday) repeat.
    somthing like this.
    but remember total cals matter ALOT also.

    I see only few guys like Tipsta with common sense, most are stuck with "hardcore" mentality. Im glad i got out of this low carb bullshit.
