What do you think is the most productive and reliable movement for the medial tricep head?
Sibil, I have a question. How can I get my Lower Pecs to Lift up instead of a Little sagging? I workout Chest 2 times a week, and I do Dips, and Decline Press Barbell. Im 37 yrs old, im 6'1 250lbs, just need a little advice. I do not take anything, and eat chicken and Beef allday everyday, its starting to come out my Ears lol. But seriously any suggestions?
I do not know if many of the pros use Synthol
you ask my opinion and I have given it to you, but just because the pros using it you must therefore to?
You say to do your body to complete its it okay, you do not have to train anymore because there is another option according to you and that's going to use Synthol

oh no,actually when using synthol you must put even more work into it because you still have to workout,plus stretch like crazy and use deep tissue massage.
all the oil does is stretch the muscle fascia to make more room for muscle growth...when oil use is discontinued it gets metabolized within 4-5 monnths leaving the muscles larger than they were before

Hey Sibil
I have a problem with a body part lagging behind badly. My back, chest, arms all seem to respond to the same type of training, but not my shoulders.
For example for chest & back i do mainly heavy compound movements & i grow with ease. I try the same with shoulders with a rep range of 6 - 8 & i cant seem to get any growth out of them... what do you suggest?

Hi sibil,
I'm a beginner 5 7, 154 lbs seeking for some advice. Whenever I do the traditional bicep exercises such as BB curls, Alt curls, my forearms will get fatigued first and get so pumped that I feel that I am unable to properly fatigue the bicep muscle.
Any other exercise / technique I can do which can target the bicep better?
Or is it just a case of me being too weak and needing to get stronger? Thank you!

Should I use Dumbbells? Or More cables? Also what about Cardio?
Rocky, you are free to use Synthol and you are entitled to think about it any way you want. But you seem to be demanding that everyone else approve of it and basically give you their blessing. Sibil is free to have her own opinion and I don't think you are going to change it, nor should you try to. Keep doing your thing but don't expect everyone to agree with it or approve of it. And no PM about this please. I don't want to argue with you about Synthol. I happen to agree with Synthol and I don't need to be persuaded that it's okay, or wonderful, or whatever. My arms suck ass. I am sure Synthol would make them bigger. But I don't care. I'm not interested in using it regardless. Maybe you think that's stupid. Maybe if I was trying to be a pro, I would consider it. I do this for a hobby. I'm sure this post put me on your shit list, but oh well. Can't please everybody all the time.

you will never be on my shit list,dont worry lol. i wasnt trying to convince anybody to do anything...i brought up some points on why i dont think synthol is the "evil of bodybuilding",and i was hoping to hear about some valid points of why she believes synthol has no place in bodybuilding...that s all. if what i get in response is less than what i was expecting then that is ok too
