One more questions to bug you with. What type of cardio do you suggest for getting ready for a contest. Lower intensity for a longer time period, high intensity cardio for a shorter amount of time each day, etc...

lying to te person how to load the carbs
i usually do it with the food that i used in the preparation.
i have also athletes that have night before junkfood and that works perfectly for them

    cardio
    morning....stairs
    noon......cycling
    evening.....walk

Hi Sibil, i hope you can help me out with this. I read from Dorian Yates book i should take 1000mg Calcium, 500mg Magnesium and 50mg Zinc, on top of my multivitamin (Animal Pak). When should I take these and should i take them all at once or break them up throughout the day. (The zinc are 1 tablet = 50mg) (The calcium + magnesium are combined, broken up into 5 tablets.) Thanks a lot

    thanks for your advices Sibil.

Today i tried the muscle confusion style on 3 exercises and it feels awesome picking up heavy weight after 16 reps and then going for 12 again just pumps your muscles to the maximum. I'll staple this to my routine.

from now on I'm doing like this:

    week 1 - power (4-6 reps )
    week 2 - muscle confusion
week 3 general hypertrophy - (8- 10 reps with supersets)
