    first off gotta say huge fan! sibil is the guillotine bench best as rep excercise or do u make roelly go heavy?

    Roelly wants to go heavy,he says i can do it,that why there is always some one to help.


    i read on the internet why is always some one with his hands on the barbell?when Roelly does the bench guillotine
    its for the safety for the one who's doing that exercise

    what s up Sibil, my question is regarding lagging arms (especially triceps), a problem you obviously dont have with Roelly. but i have been struggling with arm development ever since i can remember. would you suggest hitting them twice a week?right now what i m doing is 1 full arm workout and then 3 or 4 days later do touch-ups where i only do 1 exercise for tris and bis without pushing it too hard but enough to get some blood in the muscle.do you have any better suggestions? thanks much appreciated

    normally i look how you do the exercise
    then I can say try it with your hands slightly more twisted
    a shame you have no movie to show me how to train them

    Sibil, i think most people know how to train hard but not many people know how to train smart. this is something i'm still trying to learn. i love working out and i wanna workout as long as i can without having to take time off due to injuiries. i'm looking for advice and examples of training smarter. my concern is not growing if i'm not going heavy.

    Hey Sibil! almost every day I start getting cravings around 9 pm up till when I go to bed. There are some nights that I can't sleep from the cravings and then I just get up and eat, sometimes too much though.
    Is there a supplement or something you can advise me to take against these cravings?

    Default overall good size,cuts, and seperated legs for bodybuilders not born with big legs

    Hi Sibil, first off im also a really big fan of the old school physques although im only about 20 years old..for some reason im much more attracted to the physiques of the 80's and mid 90's


    OBVIOUSLY the king of exercise for legs are squats...but if you were to come across somebody such as myself who wants overall good legs and not neccesarily asking for genetically gifted legs...but how can you build legs that arent big from the start?

    i m working on posting some videos to show how i train arms...as far as my routine goes as of now the only thing that doesnt change is having one arm workout a week of 3 to 5 exercises each(ususally more exercises for triceps), and then 3 or 4 days later within the same week hit arms again but with just 1 isolation exercise of just 3-4 sets without killing the muscle but enough to get a quick pump. other than that i always change the exercises, rep range and so on depending on how i feel that day, how much food i ve been eating and how much sleep i m getting... and no yellow tops either lol
