    Hello from Spain Sibil.I dont know english well, but I want say congratulations to you for your work with atlethes.
    I want to ask you about vitamin C.I am about 250pounds and I take Animal Pak with breakfast, do you recomended to take post workout more vitC? If yes, mixed with the shake or after the shake?and how much? Thank you very much. I hope to take a photo with you and roelly in Madrid.

    Hello Sibil, I train at night. Like 7:30-8:30 pm. I usually have my post workout shake/carbs then one last food meal (egg whites and 2-3 whole eggs) or shake with nuts. do you recommend that I should eat carbs with my last meal?

    Default Pullovers?

    I was watching a Team Andro video of Roelly training back and biceps and I saw him doing dumbell pullovers lying on the bench vertically (as if to do presses) rather than across it horizontally. Does the way you lay on the bench change the focus of the exercise any or is it just for the ease of getting the dumbell in place?

    Hello Sibil, I would like to ask your opinion on how I can improve my upper and inner chest? It seems to be one of the hardest areas of the chest to grow. I have been doing guillotine presses and focusing on the contraction as well as standing cable flyes also focusing on the squeeze. Doing this is slowly helping my chest but I was just wondering if there is anything else you might be able to suggest? Thanks in advance and congratulation on your work with roelly and your other athletes.

    Also in the Team Andro video was a clip of Roelly doing T-bar rows with a barbell. What was he using to hold the free end of the barbell down?

    the end with no plates? just put a plate on top and it will not go up.

    That's what I usually do, but it looked like he used something different.

    Do you also watch the status of your elbow and hands
