The triceps consist of three muscles that all have a slightly different function. That also means that you need to make enough variation in your training, something that also applies for each muscle. Muscles respond best to which varied training others increasingly be called muscle fibers. By doing this consistently, you will not soon have the problem that your muscles do not react.

Variation does not realize your just a variety of exercises to use, but also that you the number of sets and reps vary even within a single exercise.

    try this one

Lying Triceps Extensions (Lying French Presses)

    Parallel Bar Dips

    Close Grip Bench Presses

    Cable Extensions

    Sibil,

Have you ever thought of making an instructional video (not like a regular training video)? You have so much knowledge about the details that make a great physique. I would love to see you tackle the biggest mistakes bodybuilders make while training.

    Hi Sibil
Do you always have Roelly train heavy or do you cycle in a lighter weight/high reps week?

with your muscle confusion, do you change everything in your clients workous i.e. going from HIT to high volume? Have you ever tried Hany's FST 7 program on your clients?

    thx

these methods is not new to me, 22 years ago, our Arnold Buurman already trained us that way, as you can see from my athletes Arnold has taught me a lot

    Hi Sibil,
i'd like to make a general question: how do you cycle muscle confusion and revolving sets in your periodization?

I mean..do you alternate low reps weeks with high reps weeks? And if you do it, you like to do it weekly or in a longer time period?

    Thanks in advance.

Sibil, Thanks for all the help with the muscle confusion technique - I did it last week and can feel and even see results. Need to work on lower outer pecs - any suggestions ?

Last 8 weeks we train like this,we train 6 times a week , we do once a week muscle confusion training with all muscle groups.
the other times we exchange with short and heavy training, several
    techniques

Thank you for the speed reply Sibil, I'm very interested in your work.

So let me better understand..an entire week with muscle confusion for each group? A week where every single group is trained one time with this technique and if you hit the muscle twice in a week the second time is with short heavy training with lower volume and higher intensity?

Let me ask you one more thing: how you would alternate short heavy training with these techniques for a natural athlete training 5 times a week, every muscle group once a week?

    I really like two methods:
6 weeks high volume (few techniques) and 6 with lower volume and heavy short training (lots of techniques)
    OR
rotating every week like PRRS, CAMP, or Y3T just to make examples..

Sorry for the long reply but I'm really interested in how you cycle your training techniques

    Thanks once again
