    Check out the many versions of tjoe:

    white tank maybe '95 or '96 about 150 sumthin'
    red tank about 225 and fat but obviously much bigger than my earlier version
    lean(ish) pics were the only time I stuck to a diet and said "forget the 1RMs" probably around 190 or so

    I think that's why I am a good trainer. No aas (aside from the random pro hormone when legal) and genetics were NOT on my side form day 1. I had to WORK for every inch of improvement wether gaining OR loosing.

    Stupid question...don't flame...but what's the correct way to flex your back? I pretty much do it by flexing the bi's and arching.

    Thanks guys!

    Blue - good progress over the years. Seem bigger and certainly leaner. As far as back goes it takes a lot of practice. You need to learn how to "feel" it when training back and then you will be able to pose it no problem. Have to learn how to "spread the lats" in both a lat spread and a dbl bi.

    Inihilator - Don't really want to say you look "bigger" since you ain't got no clothes on! It would sound weird. So... how bout, nice progress. LOL
