Jim...lol seeing how you look now, that was pretty funny seeing you as a 19 year old because you're face pretty much is the same.
    Damn, that's an amazing transformation.

It is motivational to see how far we have all come in our journeys to achieve the perfect physique. I for one am in this game for the long haul and will probably be lifting for the rest of my life.

I thought it'd be cool for us all to post before and after shots and to keep this an active trend for the years to come.

Progress adds up slowly and usually goes unnoticed by our eyes unless we can look back at where we came from. I am better than I was last year, and will be better next year than I am today.

Take a minute to showcase your progress and pull out the old digital pictures that you took a few years back and share with us the accomplishments you have made. (Lifting videos then/now would be cool too).

    I will post 2 pictures.

1 is back 1.5 years ago and the other is from yesterday. No Homo @ me wearing a cowboy hat in the second picture.

Now show me what you got guys. We have some great posters here and I know everyone is hauling ass day in and day out. Show your hard work.
    Couldn't figure which looked better.

I bet you thought you were pretty swole back in 2009? That is how I feel when I look back at my 2009 pics. Now I just think I looked fat back then.

I was legit delusional back in 09.

I will say my interest in bodybuilding has dramatically declined since then.

I workout for myself, don't care about much and am more concerned with looking how I want to look and having a beach bod than being some wannabe IFBB pro. No knock on Antibes dreams but that's just me.

So if one day I could resemble something similar to how Arnold looked and have some retarded strong lifts I'd be set. But my motivation at the moment seems to be women, work and school. What's funny though is only thinking about lifting when I go workout has been leading to better workouts and more success. Life is pretty good.

you've made some huge ass changes...got a great combo of lean muscle and size

i like how you are focused on priorities like school & work...and women of course.

it seems like not obsessing about training makes things smoother and less critical.

Good to see you're not obsessing. Obscessions are destructive behaviors in the end. It's good to be dedicated but you need balance and if you're obscessed there is none.
