Giles, I think you have a good voice and all that, but you shouldn´t read a paper with notes when asking the questions, that doesnt look to good.
You should quite easily be able to know them by heart or just take a quick look. Apart from that you are doing well and I hope you will do many more for MD, so we can get more videos from the Euro scene.
Also using small cards with notes look better then using a normal sized paper... just to give you an advice

I hear you, European machines are so different than anything I've ever seen.

The last time I was at Bodies Gym in Rotterdam last August a lot of the machines have been changed, mostly due to Sibil's influence no doubt, I trained twice myself during this last trip when I was there and the machines were all so well maintained and looked after...It really is a fantastic gym, not very big as you can see but you only have to see the members who train there and the kind of size and shape of pretty much everyone to see proof of that...

Panatta equipment is awesome, I've even been to the Panatta factory in the hills of Northern Italy and met the founder Rudy Panatta when I went with my old boss and bodybuilding legend John Citrone several years ago. The whole neighbouring village works for him and he even showed us round even taking me to the well, shed really, right in the middle of the grounds where he himself started making the gym equipment. He lives in a fortress at the top of the hill (literally!) that has metre thick bomb proof walls and a bunker (complete with gym) in case of attack (Mafia etc)...What a place!

It was just for my first time mate, I was a little nervous to be honest and needed that crutch to get me started...I don't intend using them anymore, plus, I didn't realise the actual video footage of me doing the interview was in fact going to be used, I thought they just used the audio from the interview and placed it over the top of the training footage...I did not expect to see my big potato head on film!! Eek! Good job I wore my new MD shirts now!

HEre in italy Panatta is the best for gym equipments.... i used a lot of his machine... there is a machine row like the one dorian yates used in Blood and guts that is incredible

I really appreciate the feedback mate, thanks...It really helps and it's one big learning curve given that it's kind of new territory doing this video work now...You coming over for the British Grand Prix mate? John Citrone who has a house in Malta is always inviting me over to stay, will have to come over one day!
