    ... maybe some of you should quantify your goals? It's great to say you want to jump higher or bulk (?) but goals are about being specific. The accumulation of all the small goals untimately leads to something larger. Just some advice...

    Personally its just getting motivated and back hitting the gym more frequently. With changes around at work (including a promotion) its taken away some of my drive to get to the gym and find myself "forcing" myself to go when I do. Am still hitting all of my meals, but just find its the drive to get to the gym (as in mentally) and then when I am making it, the mind set to push myself.

    Just have to give myself a kick in the ass, get re focussed and back into it!!!

    I've been on a Carb Cycling diet for 15 days and am trying to recomp. I have also switched to more HIT and am loving it. I am going to ride this for the next 3 months.

    When the wife and I are fighting, I have zero appetite too.

    Thanks bro, kinda went out on her with another girl/ totally in love with her too...its a real mess..but I'm gradually getting my meals in again and I had a good chest workout today. Just dunno wtf to do at this point.

    My goals for the end of the year are to hit 240lbs. Still undecided whether or not to compete next year. I think my progress over the next 2 months will determine that in my mind.

    I'm switching from my strength phase to start packing on some muscle. I'm going to be using Poloquin's modified GVT program for a while and see how that goes.
