Mr Martinez! How are ya? Ive entered into serious weight training and have competed in two shows here where im stationed at in Japan. We (w/ my trainer Christopher Martin... Props) started this process about 2 years ago. Im now 34. After the Oct 2010 show, i herniated my l4-l5 disc doing t-bar row in Oct/Nov, and then came back to squat when it happened again 3 weeks ago. is this a game-ender or something common that weightlifters/bodybuilders get or have frequently? Its knocked me down, ive fell off. and i dont wanna be one of those guys with just a chest and arms. Any advice is greatky appreciated. Good Luck!!! And we are watchin ya from Japan!!!! Git Em!
