Roelly looks fantastic, beautiful shape, is 100% improved over the Arnold, I prefer him and Rockel to Branch...

    Johnnie looks impressive...

Essa is better than the Arnold, nice and full and crazy dry...

Alvin got the callout with Freeman I wanted - The X-Men!! Small held his own definitely and got harder as the judging wore on...

Kefalianos is incredible...What a freak! Dry and hanging with freaky muscle...He's going to beat Freeman and I think will make top 6...

    202...

Flex Lewis is so far ahead of the rest...Bigger and better than ever, his rear double biceps sent the crowd nuts! Proud of him.

John Hodgson is second I think. Looks great and isn't blown away by Flex by any means.

I'd have James Llewellin in 3rd, best he's been since he turned pro. I was shocked.

Raul Jimenez I'd have in 4th. Big and dry, looks bigger than the rest. Huge back.

Paul George looks good, outsized though.

Mike Sheridan I think should stay in the open class, burns away too much muscle here in this class. Better at 210-215lb in the open...

Tavernier was disappointing for me, looks so flat, legs have lost size. He could look better today if he eats up, is top 6 though. He'll improve.

Nana Manu is outsized big time. Won't hold the belly in either which is frustrating.

Jerry Ossi, is good, big but wasn't as impressed as I wanted to be. Dull from the back but holds some good thickness.

Geordie John Armstrong was a huge surprise for me. Hardest in the class, came down from 280lbs for this!! Eek!!! Is creaking he's so dry...

Mike King, good from the front but weak back and arms and too light with his tan.
    Great summary, Giles.

i too was disappointed with Shaun Tarvenier. He looks off and seems to have made zero improvements to his physique.

i could be wrong tho. But he has under showed here.....

    Great wrap up mate.

If in my dream world I would have have Rockel, Roelly then Branch. I feel it may go Branch, Rockel, Roelly. With JOJ maybe pushing in there somewhere.

Flex looked great for sure. Love the guy, supper consistent and always making gains. Easy first in my mind.

Though James Llewellin brought a much improved package from previous showing, really happy for him.

This is politics at its ugliest if Ronny doesn't win imo. I am a huge Branch fan, was a Columbus pulling for him, and was happy to see him win. With that said, I thought Ronny deserved top 5 there, and sure as shit deserves to win this show based on the pre-judging. What does he have to do to get the respect he deserves? On top of that Branch was definitely softer than usual at this show.

I am really curious to see where they place Essa, he is the best conditioned in the show with good lines and an awesome upper body and small waist. Just like Johnnie he needs sweep, but his legs are far better than Jackson's. Therefore I do not understand why he wasn't in the first call-out. Funny how Shawn and the guys had no comment on him...

Judges said Rockel was marked down for his distension...

Everyone I spoke to and interviewed all said Ronnie 1st or 2nd, not ONE person had him lower than 2nd....He looked incredible, better than Branch...

Roelly looked sensational today!!!!!!! Fuller and harder...

JOJ looked extremely good, like Zack said to me 'With the legs to match his upper half he's another Coleman"...

    Ok, Reality Check!

Essa while "Structurally" sound, was Flat, Soft and devoid of Ab and Back Detail.
He needs more Ham separation and clearly was not close to his best, which he can still achieve just not here in London.
That said, he was placed correctly and in time should iron out his problems.
Switching Guru's flying in from Dubai to Ohio to England and now Spain he will learn the hard way as a Rookie Pro to "Time and Peak" better in the future but there were no "Boo's" upon him not making the Top 6 rest assured.
he will see better days down the road.

How can there be a wrap up video without talking about Rockel?
As Dorian tried to speak about Rockel Shawn immediately changed the topic.
    Ridiculous.

Dorian Yates himself, who is an IFBB judge, had Rockel on 2nd. What happened with the judging? Why was Rockel placed so low?
