Default Francis Benfatto Guest Posing and Interview with Shawn Ray at the 2011 British Grand Prix

French bodybuilder Francis Benfatto never won a Mr Olympia title, yet he was arguably the most conditioned athlete at the one and only drug tested 1990 Mr Olympia. He took 6th place in that show and followed it up with a 7th place in the 1991 Mr. Olympia.

Benfatto at 54 guests poses here at the British Grand Prix of Bodybuilding and talks to Shawn Ray about a possible comeback.

I find it a little funny and pathetic that Benfatto, at 54, looked a thousand time better than the guy who took the overall at that contest.

At 3:38 did he say the "clitoria" has changed a lot?

That aside, great physique. Is he natural?

Dude looks good for his age. Must be all the snails he eats.

Theoretically, had he competed in the Open class over the weekend, I would have actually placed him in second, right behind Ronny Rockel. hahahah Branch wasn't as sharp as he was at the Arnold and Rockel kicked ass!

So, the Germans would have beat the French yet again.

he was one of my favorites when i started out lifting in 1989. he was one of the main stream faces in the magazines and his physique had what i aspired to be like. he competed in the 180's but always looked like he was 210 or so.
i'd like to see him do the masters.

all i can say is, thats how you pose. he has been away from the game for a long time and he poses better then most bodybuilders today.

    Love it.

    Looks great.

Would do really well in the 202, if he can bring his chest up a bit.

I'm guessing injury is holding that part of his training back.
