Default Roelly Winklaar trains chest a few days prior to 2011 FIBO Power

We caught a few clips of Roelly training chest just a few days out from the 2011 IFBB FIBO Power Germany bodybuilding competition in Essen, Germany.

Winklaar took second place in both London and Spain. Can he bump up to to take the FIBO win?

He is in contest shape and already competed multiple times this year. This chest workout isn't to put on size, but for fullness imo.

Yeah lighter weights actually do work. Cant deny that. I just got used to seeing pros doing that standard 315lbs bench thats why I paid attention to that.
