Excellent workout video. I wish they could all be this informative.

As far as Hide goes, I believe he is a prime example of a great bodybuilder and he just won over a new fan.

Hide's technique for those front raises with the 45 plate is pretty interesting, must involve a lot more arms though. I'll have to give it a try.

also: Anyone want to fill me in one what he was talking about at the end? I didn't hear anything Hide or Eric said when they were showing the cardio footage because of that cute girl next to him...

Very cool vid...great job the three of you. Hide, you look like you put on quite a bit of mass. The time off has helped you.
Good luck as you continue your preparation for the Tampa show and eventually the O'. One question, what do you think about doing the incline Hammer shoulder press facing the bench?

Hide seems like a stand up guy. I'm def a fan and will be looking forward to seeing more of him in MD.

Also, does anyone else totally stop watching bodybuilding and start scouting Gold's Venice for some fine ass California dime pieces? Please tell me I'm not alone on this one.

That exercise is also very good that you can hit a little bit different head of shoulders. We switch exercise every week as we have so many options in this gym.
