Awesome video Jordan editing is sick. We got just over 5 weeks left and he is improving everyday. I have really stepped up the tempo of the training and his physique is just getting tighter by the day. Hope you guys enjoy the video!!!

This. - Hide seems to have that mental edge, a bloke from britain made it all the way with that kind of drive and focus...and its quit clear that R.Gaspari, knowing himself, knows who to sign

whats the go with the mouth guard???? also how come with the incline flys you straighten the arm? isnt the whole point of a fly to keep the elbows bent in a hugging motion to eliminate triceps/shoulders as much as possible?

    Default Hide and seek

Hide is the man, the way he explains every movement and the muscles that are being worked is great. Its really interesting to see the difference between Hide's full range of motion and Huh's short range.

Hide has focus like no other. I especially like the incline dumbbell press held tightly together. Must kill the front delts as well. However, those shoes look like they have little support. I know that he wasn't going heavy on the seated calf but isn't that risking injury? Just curious. Erik, let's get Hide to give his fans a snapshot on his progress with a little posing at the end. Great video!!
