Kind of an iffy subject I guess!

Anyone else struggle with their diet or training? Not looking for boo-hoo's or a shoulder to cry on. I've just found it very difficult in the last nearly 3 years to stay focused or motivated. Seems like the medications just slow my metabolism, and my energy levels stay low all the time. I'd love to hear some pointers or medications anyone takes that have helped them out. I realize everyone is different, but I can't be the only fuckin' one with this issue!
