    when i began bodybuilding i told to find what works for you.extercises,sets,reps,diet,range of motion,ect.its like most of you don't train.arnold never locked out because he wanted the constant tension on the muscle he was working.jason huh's training is nothing new he just found what works for him.there is no one way to train.branch found what works for him.dorian found what works for him.there is no cookie cutter program that works for everyone
