You have to love how Dorian just explains things and its like "of course".
It really seems like a common sense approach to training but everyone has different training methods that work for them.
Learn from THE LEGEND himself as Dorian Yates talks about things he has never spoken about before. *This seminar covers nutrition, training, pre-contest diet, and much more. *In these rare seminars vids, the fans pick the brains on their favorite IFBB pros. *Team MD was there to catch this at BODYPOWER 2011

2013 NPC MID-ILLINOIS LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMP
I'm using the HIT. Works pretty good, I don't spend a lot of time in the gym (I would want to but I don't have time to waste) I am always quite sore after a workout, and It works for me. I don't know why there wasn't anybody to ask Dorian to bust out a couple of poses, he looks like he is in a nice shape for a 49 year old..even though his left arm looks like he doesn't use it at all. (I know he tore both his tricep and bicep on that arm)
