    Default Butt Sore

Sacro illiac joint has been locking up on me because of tense minor glute muscles
gets inflamed and presses sciatic nerve

everyone told me how great deadlifting was going to be but no one ever mentioned this

tried all sorts of stretches and things i found on-line with varying degrees of success

but this position is the one that gives the most relief and 'pops' the joint back into place best of everything i tried and i didn't find it on any health or fitness site:

    sprung.jpg

    flat on the floor
side that hurts/ that leg is bent and goes under the thigh or knee of the other side
press everything as flat to the floor as possible

found some other stuff on youtube that looked good but this is the best i could work out on my own since that is my typical state

DL's are awesome. Try doing them from a rack, may help.

I actually need this. Did some deadlifting today and felt a nerve shoot through my left butt. I Feel a little bit down in my foot and this article reads very similar to what I am experiencing. Was wondering how to deal with it.
