    daaaaaaaang......you are so crazy letting that guy spot you....makes it that much more badass....i havent gone that heavy in awhile....i dont do singles...but you doing that in dieted down condition....awesome job....

    LOL, thanks KOS. I usually don't do singles often either, usually once every 2-3 months just to see where I am at. Once I finish this show I will start training to pack on some size again and see where the bench goes. As long as I can stay injury free, I'd like to see if I can beat my previous personal best of 425 on the bench.

    By the way...Chris is one of only a few guys I trust to spot me in the gym...he's always done a good job.

    with that weight free weight...there is only a couple of guys i would trust....and they are monsters....this one old guy looks like my english bulldog

    Finally starting to lose the fat around my midsection. I should be g2g by the end of august. Just posted some pics in my journal.

    So far I Oly back squatted 210kg for an easy single and Oly front squatted 175kg for an easy double. Looking to hit 215kg on back squat and 180kg on front squat in 4 weeks.

    im going to weigh in two weeks after cycle ends....not clear on that since im really done but aint gonna leave this vial with stuff still in it
