    for some reason mfkers have the mindset that you cant grow in a deficit...on paper it makes sense but i think if you pound the muscle and get enough protein in.. can you grow a little bit just due to adaptation...

    Yeah I know. I just suck at setting goals. I am trying to learn to set both long and short term goals. Most of the time I opperate in Cruise Control with progressive tendencies.

    Cheers for the comments haha. I'm solo for now but I like someone there (that knows how I lift) for the heavy squat & bench days. DL's I prefer to do on my TBH.
