    Default Training Journal Section CALL OUTS

    Basically. Let's set some goals, either hit them, or be embarrassed.

    What I am looking for is everyone to list one training goal and a time frame in which they will hit it...

    After doing so we will let that goal sit here and I will make sure to call your ass out when the time fram is up...

    Then you have to either post a pic, or video of you achieving the goal.

    If you don't hit it, then you're subject to some hate, and will just be embarrassing yourselves.

    In the end we will do this all in good fun, but hopefully it motivates people to be true to there word.

    IN 3 months, I will bench press 420.

    I will weigh 215 at a leaner bodyfat percentage that I am at now.

    I will deadlift 620 in 4 months.

    GOAL: 265 POUNDS

    CURRENT WEIGHT 273 TO 278

    TIME LIMIT:8/9/2011

    I will compete in the Wellington PowerHouse Gym Open on 19th November 2011, aim will be to try and win my weight class (130-145).

    Goal lifts:

    S 330
    B 242
    D 427

    Current Weight: 247 - 250 on my bathroom scale.

    Goal #1: Bulk up to 260 by August 31.

    Goal #2: Start my Diet September 1 and lose 20 lbs by December 31.

    Goal #3: Get into contest shape by April 30.

    My Goals for the end of this year are; Oly Front Squat 190kg, Oly Back Squat 230kg, and pull 260kg for at least working set singles.

    I want to be able to squat 405 for reps again.

    I want to be as sexy as Austin while accomplishing these goals.
    There are only 2 types of people in this world without beards : women and children.

    I want to:
    Win BvP7.
    Time frame... tomorrow.
    I'll let ya know! LOL

    Second goal:
    Have decent abs for my cruise 9-10-11
    Sounds simple but I've never really been that lean.
