REALLY impressed with this dude. He is in AMAZING shape, has what looks like a tight waist, insane vascularity...This dude has done his homework. Not sure about De Larosa, who is also a contender, but An is right on the friggin money!

    How is his back?

Looks very solid from what I have seen...

Is it just me, or are these shows more interesting then any pro show?

Good luck to you An! Also good work from Paul Finn!

Love that squat machine they have at Gold's, my gym has one too but just not the same mechanics. About An, I think he can win the heavyweight.

Gotta love the horizontal leg press. A lot of guys seem to overlook them and just go straight to the sledge-presses, not knowing how hard those horizontal machines hit your sweep.

    Default An's Leg workout

An is a beast, but come on. He was training legs, then he keeps them covered and only shows us his fantastic upper body. Does he train his hams at all, how about his calf's.

Looks good up top. Legs need to come up, like most guys.
    Good luck.

Very impressive from what I've seen so far in An's training vid's. Looking cut and vascular. Abdominal area is tight. Well balanced symmetry and size. Ready for battle. IT'S AN!!!!!

    An looks great.

I think Paul got some training advice wrong. The wider your feet the more your inner teardrop is worked. Paul keeps saying we like to go wide to work the outer sweep but that is just not right.

    Thanks.

No. Stan was great pre-Roids. Now Stan just looks puffy to me. Roids work for some and not for others. For instance, the Huh brothers. Younger Huh blows Jason away. Jay just look fat, I think. His brother is a wrecking house and will do damage on the pro circuit. Sorry to say but I think Jason's 15 minutes are now up. Best to both though. And their dad has awesome quads!

He was 10 days out in that video what do you expect. You saw his calves didn't you? stupid question to ask, maybe he trained them in another session? Maybe that's all he chose to train for that session? think before you speak.
