    Hide's looking good. Big fan of his physique. I think he needs to bring his triceps up. Not saying they are weak by any means, but in certain shots (not in this video) they look small/odd.

    Big enough to match his physique and keep him one of the most symmetrical guys onstage....

    Agreed, i wasnt saying he had small arms. Its kool to see a pro winning shows and doing well without freaky blown up 23 inch pythons. Gives normal dudes hope lol

    Came about since MD are more aggressive in Asia if I am not mistaken.

    I live in Japan and MD gets no love here.
    Believe it or not Ironman (Japanese version) is pretty much all you will find.
    I train at the gym where all the top guys train and Ironman seems to be it.
    It has American content converted to Japanese.
    Even if you go to the international section of a book/magazine store you won't find MD.
    Just Ironman and stuff like Muscle and Fitness.
