Default Keith Williams Is Back on The Hunt! Four weeks out from the 2011 NPC Nationals!

    ** Keith Williams Update:

NPC Super Heavyweight Keith Williams is back on the hunt for a pro card. Here is a video of him four weeks out from the 2011 NPC Nationals:

Keith Williams prep videos from the 2011 North American Championships:

Keith Williams travels to Denver, Colorado to practice posing with Allen Watkins part two. Williams started working with Watkins after placing third in the 2011 USA Championships. In this video, williams is nine days out from the 2011 North American Bodybuilding Championships

Keith Williams travels to Denver, Colorado to practice posing with Allen Watkins part one. In this video, Watkins goes through the mandatories with Williams and goes into detail on specific posing techniques. Williams started working with Watkins after placing third in the 2011 USA Championships.

Keith Williams takes us through a leg workout in prep for the 2011 North American Championships. At the end of July, Williams placed third in the USA Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Williams talks about how brutal this "Oscar Arden workout" is and gives us a peek at what he will be bringing to the stage in Cleveland, Ohio on August 2nd.

Keith Williams Leg Workout 13 Days Out from North Americans

Here is a video we shot last year as Williams was prepping for the 2010 NPC Nationals:

Keith Williams takes us on a tour of his day in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this video we see how dedicated Williams is to his bodybuilding, his friends, his clients and his faith. We also get to peek into the large support group that is helping Williams achieve his bodybuilding and life goals.

We meet his choreographer, chiropractor, posing consultant, workout buddies and even get to watch a freshman football game with him. We learn of the odd chance that brought he and the worlds strongest bodybuilder, Stan Efferding together as friends, specific diet advice he gets from training guru Hany Rambod, and how he relaxes outside the gym.

Talented with more than just a commanding frame and an infectious laugh, Williams has been at the professional level in two sports; football and track.

Williams has a magnetic personality. There is no question as to why he has such a strong group of friends to help in his bodybuilding quest.

Good to see you made it out to the Hinterland to film Keith.

LOL. Yeah this was filmed in Hopkins, Minnesota at LA Fitness. A big thanks goes out to Omar Hassan who hooked us up. Hassan says he is the first Samali to ever play college football and get hooked up in the Dallas Cowboy "practice team".

    Thanks Omar!

How tall is Keith? Is that squat form deliberate - with such a wide stance, and above parallel depth? Also never seen anyone hold the plates while squatting before, is there a reason for this, or just how it feels best for him?...

    Looking great any how.

He should be using the Smith for better quad isolation, too much glute and ham work with that squat technique imo. And no hack squats??

    Why are hacks a must?

Looked like a fucking brutal leg workout to me. Props to him for surviving.

Best of luck to Keith; I love his determination, work ethic and positive attitude.

Looking great here Keith. Once you pull the water you should be right where you want to be. I'm looking forward to following the battle between you, Juan, and the other top Supers this weekend.

His shape gets better every show to me. I know he mat not be known for it, but its good to see that the increased volume is getting some more roundness to them

His entire lower body needs work. It was smart for him to go with that exercise

Bad shape wont look good next to Juan with his aesthetics & condition which what bodybuilding is about! Im sure Keith is a nice guy & he has worked hard as we all do just not a fan of his physique.

All that matters is what happens the day of the show. We know they will both bring. Its a matter of who brings "it" more.

It could be a sleeper preparing somewhere that we don't know about.
