Default Jose Raymond Shows No Mercy Pounding Pecs Five Weeks Out from the 202 Showdown

Jose Raymond pounds pecs at five weeks out from the 202 Showdown at Today's Fitness in Woburn, MA. Though he was starting to feel the diet take its toll as he struggles to make 202 for the last time before the division moves to a 212-pound limit, The Boston Mass gives it his all on every set. Chest has been his greatest challenge physique-wise, and he shows it no mercy!

You know...I really did not care for Jose Raymond, but this video has made me see he's really a down to earth motherfucker just poundin' iron. I'd always taken him for a cocky asshole, this video changed that impression.

If anyone ever actually meets Jose, they find out he's as humble and real as it gets.

Poor old Paul almost had a heart attack spotting Jose on the incline bench.

It's funny because I had known his brother Tito since I competed with him back in 1990 here in MA - but I never actually met Jose until he did the Musclemania. At the time I thought, "oh, how cute, Tito's little brother is competing now too." At the time I never would have guessed Jose would be the one to go so far in the sport. Tito was on so many magazine covers back then.

Yup, now I'm a Jose Raymond fan, he's the underdog for the 202 and I'm rootin' for him.

I prefer Flex's physique over his, but can't deny the dude is massive. Good attitude and work ethic as well. I think it depends on how the judges are going to do things this year. If they are going for mass, it's going to be between Jose and Kevin. If they are judging by aesthetics, it's between Flex and Jose. Will be very interesting. Best of luck Jose.
