By the way do you find the gyms in Russia better than in US? I moved to Ukraine from Canada 3 years ago and can say here is much better. There is less harassment and gear is dirt cheap.

So how do you find Russian gyms, and if you were to choose to train all year without travelling where would it be, Russia or US?

I think the best gym I ever trained in my life Bev Francis Powerhouse gym in Russia , we do not have hard core gyms like that specially with equepment like that , if you do legs Bev's gym has 60 machines, back , chest, arms , everything just alot, also people are very good, give to you good energy , I perfer Bev's USA gym
