Enjoyed the vid. Liked the way Victor was explaining stuff. Hoping for a high placing for him this year, possibly the upset if he can bring it together. I do agree that he's still not looking very conditioned but we'll have to wait till show time to see!

I think he looks good. He has better muscle separation then most, the cuts to his shoulder, cuts between biceps and triceps etc.. looks good. He will never get that dry look that some other athletes have, just his genetics.
This will be his best showing ever, it might be good enough for top4, most likely 4-6th, but wherever he places he will be better then 2007. Just that the other top athletes are so much better now compared to 2007.

I can't tell from the video enough to make an assessment of where he's at but i definitely hope he does well.. It's not like he doesn't work his ass off.. and to come back from that awful injury and still be in the mix is impressive. If he does poorly it's definitely not from lack of effort. Best of luck.

Audio is slightly distorted on a few parts. I thought he would be a little tighter as well, but he's still got a full week to work at it.
