    what size pin do you guys use with tren ace and test prop?
    wondering how small of a gauge i can use easily.

    ok so today the shit is kicking in fella's. agression, strength, stamina are dramatically increased from the previous weeks. no negative sides.
    question for those who have taken tren. (my first time) is it difficult to breathe?? seems like my throat is kinda swollen or something? nothing terrible or to worry about but seemed to be as though my throat dilated a bit.
    overall this cycle is gonna be nuts, i feel so good already and the sd is not fully kicked in, and obviously the test e is not either, but i feel beast mode already!
    Thats the tren! Enjoy it hahaha. When I take tren I make sure to stay on top of cardio it helps

    25 g
    or you can back fil a 27 but it takes a while to inject.

    well have to go with 22g 1" for right now until they are gone then get some 25g

    back night was great.
    recovery was nuts, this sd is by far the cleanest i have used. kicked in fast too.

    w/o:
    rack deads
    db rows
    reverse grip pull downs
    chins
    straight bar pushdown (lat pump exercise, dont know what it's called)

    traps:
    machine shrugs
    barbell shrugs
    behind the back shrugs

    feel great, no negative sides!!!

    well yes and no.
    see during pct and for 6 weeks leading up to this i took time off and only did light high volume. so strength is greater than it was the past 6 weeks but it has really only gotten back to the level it was prior to those 6 weeks. but that being said, i have done some lifts the past week that i could not get during the previous 6 weeks.

    so yes strength has increased from what it was the past 6 weeks and i feel as though i will be hitting records in the next 2 weeks or so.

    i can tell that the strength is coming, it is hard to explain but you get that tightness, fullness, good feeling and you can just tell "today i am going to be strong". i am beginning to get those feelings now.

    so tonight was shoulders and rear delts.

    w/o:
    seated bb press
    upright rows
    side laterals db
    dips (with plates)
    front raises/behind back raises on cable machine (finishing exercise, 7 sets, high volume)

    rear delts:
    standing lateral raises (cable machine)
    face pulls with rope
    bent over lateral raises

    tonight was strange, i started out feeling very, very weak. was only getting 205 on seated bb presses for 9. so i stopped, went and stretched a bit (felt very tight), went to shoulder press hammer strength and knocked out about 50 reps, got a pump going, stretched some more and went back to the seated bb presses and was feeling strong and normal.
    after that i felt great the rest of the night and was very strong. the pump was nuts. when i was finished my entire upper body was pumped.
    no negative sides still.
    SWEATING LIKE CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!
    going out of town tomorrow until sunday. i have all my food and supps packed and ready to go. not going too far, driving distance. will be working out each day except the 25th.

    close grip bench press
    vbar push down
    overhead press
    rope push downs (7 sets 15-20 reps)

    alt db curls
    straight bar curls
    straight bar curls (inside grip)
    machine curls (7 sets 15-20)

    reverse grip curls
    behind back curls

    pump was NUTS. felt like i was gonna tear something at times.

    post workout meal was a cheat meal.
    1/4lb pulled pork sandwich
    1/4lb on the bone bbq chicken
    vinegar slaw
    one piece hershey pie
    one slice strawberry bread

    been a while since my last cheat. always reminds why there are so many overweight people, the bad food tastes soooooooooooo damn good.

    still no negative sides at all.
    blacklion sd is def the best i have ever had. and nope it wasn't free or anything, not trying to rep them, just being honest.
