    Tjoe, good videos posted, man. I never knew who C.T. Fletcher was until just now. Also, that pause Hoornstra made was fucking unreal! BTW, to all who posted videos, I'm surprised I didn't seen any of Efferding's lifts.

    I posted Big E hitting 725 in a Titan RAM a couple pages back.
    This is 765 in a Maddog Slingshot.
    Not sure if the different equipment is better or he is getting that much stronger!!

    I did ask him which one he likes better since training in both and he recommended the Maddog Slingshot.

    Doyle Kennedy at the 1986 Budweiser World Recorder Breakers Meet, pulling the first 900+lb deadlift in front of international judges:



    This 903lb lift was a world record.

    That Ted Arcidi bench press was far more impressive than most of the other lifts you see where they are arching their backs so much that the range of motion is just a few inches. That's a proper bench press right there. That's what you call real bench pressing!!!!
