    DJ has done a great job with Dennis and they are targeting the lats which is a good idea!

    i don't care if Wolf doesn't do old school movements... if there are results with this exercises there is no need to change.... and also i want to remember to anyone that not everybody has the ideal structure do squat or deadlift, or flat bench, or barbell row...

    like what they have would make a difference to what dennis has.... doesn't matter what the trainer has!

    Did it show the full vid for everyone? I only got the first part where hes sitting on a dumbell yet on the advertisement its showing him on a Hammer Strength low row?

    That has nothing to do with it. A good trainer is a good trainer whether he has the muscle size/shape or not. I train a lot of women, but I don't have a tight little ass, but that doesn't mean I can't show a girl how to get one....

    Goodmornings fucking suck....but I agree with the others.


    Goodmornings are a great under used exercise. They will increase the size in the lower half of the back, and are a staple for powerlfiters to increase the squat and deadlift. But you have to be taught how to do them, you cant just go and try it. It is difficult to do properly.
