    Underated physique imo. I also saw him pressing 495 on inclines. Must be the calorie reduction, anyone who has done so should know how your strength plunders

    I have his latest DVD, these clips don't really do him justice.

    Watch 2hrs 43mins of him and you'll realise this guy is not only a beast, but also highly intelligent and understands training & nutrition probably better than most people.

    Strength and health for me mate, looking how I look is purely a side effect of my training and diet. I don't train like a BB'er because I'm not a BB'er.

    I wouldn't really want to look like either of them TBH, but I do really respect Stan and I am a fan of his.

    I respect Stan's success and strength etc. but personally believe he should stick to power lifting.

    What a beast!!!Stan is looking awesome the best I've ever seen him look!!!Good luck to him at the Flex Pro!!!Thanks 4 the video Caleb I took a 2 week break cause of an illness but this is what I need 2 get me back into the gym kicking ass!!!
