    Antoine, please let me ask one more question. Its a great chance for us out there to get advice from someone like you!

    I did a 6000 kcal diet since october and gained 40 lbs. Sure with little fat ;-) but not too bad. My current weight is 245.
    Right now i am going to cut down. Wanted to start with 4000 kcals,
    350 protein
    330 carbs
    130 healthy fats

    Planning to cut the carbs step by step.....after that go down with the fats...depending on how i look...
    Good or bad plan? Any suggestions? better ideas?

    hey antoine what do you do to increase your appetite when it gets hard to eat? Im still offseason, ive been doin cardio 3-4times a week but it still mad tough to eat
