    Hey man. I have a question about tanning products. Do you do a few coats of pro tan prior to using Jan Tana spray? Also I am curious do you work a full time job as well as selling your merchandise, working for universal and md?

    hello antoine!

    when is the best time to do HIIT cardio? after what meal and so on so u dont loose muscles..

    and what the best spli in HIIT sesssion, like x minutes that etc?

    would be nice to hear how to do HIIT whitout loosing muscles..

    I get a deep ass dark tan, and pay jan tana people to do it... they always say My tan is the prettiest :P

    I remember at the Arnold Amateur I had to get naked those 2 chicks kept hitting on me lmao

    Yes I work as a Trainer in some random gym... I also sell Training and Diets online..

    I would not do HIIT before breakfast.... best lenght would be 20 minutes I guess? do it after training.... 12 sprints of 15 secs on the back in those 20 minutes..

    what machine is the best to use when doing it?

    and if i do it after lifting weights whit aminos in my body, u think the muscle loss is nothing to think abaout.. if u do it for 20min lets say..

    i dont want to loose muscles but i want to try out hit

    U wont lose muscle if u eat right during the whole day.. Spinning bike or sprint intervals outside is best

    antoine have you ever used safety bar or other different kind of bars for squat?

    hi antoine, do yo d a 5 day split for weights? also an i train shoulders alone one day, then the next day train tricep and biceps together? i know shoulder trainin uses bit of tris but want to prioritise arms and its the only way i can fit it into routine

    4-5 day split.. Take extra days of rest if needed brah

    I'm trying to bring up my tri's.

    I usually train...

    day 1- legs
    day 2- chest + bi's
    day 3- back + calves
    day 4- shoulders, traps and tri's

    Should i try

    day 1- legs
    day 2- shoulders + tri's
    day 3- back
    day 4- chest + bi's
    day 5 arms + traps.

    Or is that too much volume on arms ?

    Antoine, what are the biggest differences you notice in training and just how you feel in general now using a John Meadows high fat diet as compared to Jose's low fat/moderate carb diet?

    When I was eating Jose's meals I felt they were gone away and burnt 10 min after eating... I was eating more meals too.... Now less meals but with more fat I can last longer in between meal...

    But John reduced my fats significantly lately... lol.. so I am as hungry as before :P
