    Yeah they are good... Dunno why but Disturbed makes me think of Branch Warren and how hard he trains!

    Hi brah , congrats ...
    can you tell us your precontest diet and training ?
    diet in precontest period --> do you do ketosis or carb cycle or ... ?
    training --> do you train once or twice your bodyparts per week ?
    cardio do you do first thing in the morning or post workout ?

    I started last week my cutting phase : 4days low carb : P 312g, Carb 117g, F 30g
    1day high carb : P 259g . carb 540 g, F 20g
    2 days high fat : P 301 g, Carb 30g , F 150 g
    6 trainings per week after each training 40min LI cardio , what do you think about that , is it good ? would you change something ? Thnx , good luck

    well if you have watched branch warren DVDs most of the time you can heard disturbed songs in the background....

    Try it out for a couple weeks and see if it works for you! I will post my new diet soon!

    Already done that and that lol... Browse through my past vids... I have 133 vids online... I will start doing new vids soon! VERY SOON!!!!!
