how do you find now training your upper chest with the size of your delts? do you feel its easier to start with a flat bench to get the blood in or are you constantly changing every workout?

Congrats on the signing bro! Good to see another Canadian get a piece of the limelight. If you hit Nat's in August looking as good or better than you did at the night show in October, it's a done deal. You only missed by a few hours there dude. Still call BS on Bravo pulling 2nd, but w/e. All the best!

I cant do inclines still because of shoulder problem... So lately i always start flat or decline.....
