Congrats for 1233866738th time for being with team MD!!!

Do you ever suffer much strength loss during prep and if you do, when and what do you do about it if it starts happening too early?

    Merci!

    Yo Antoine,

-When is your training DVD coming out? I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of it.

-my legs are lagging behind a lot, I need to bring them up! Any advice for legs? I'm doing 45-1 hour of cardio a day (currently in the offseason) And I'm training the crap out of them...

-what do you think is more importaint when it comes to muscle mass? Strength = muscle size or does
    HYPERTROPHY = muscle size?

-what are your macros and calorie intake for Pre contest & offseason look like?

Thanks man! You and Evan centopani are my favorite bodybuilders, I love you guys (no homo)

Hey Antoine, do you see any problems with my current split?

    Monday: Chest/Tris
    Tuesday: Quads/Hams/Calves
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday: Arms
    Friday: Shoulders/Abs
    Saturday: Back/Bis
    Sunday: Off

My only concern is that I do deadlifts on back day, and I work my traps and rear delts on shoulders day, so I don't know if I'm overworking these muscle groups. Would it be better to save trap training for back day as well and just hit front/side/rear alone on shoulder day? Thanks man

    Hi Antoine!

I think I read here on the forums, or maybe saw in one of Your vids that You can't isolate Your chest as much as You want because Your delts take some (more than they should) of the load instead of Your chest.
    I have the same problem...
I can get a good pump in my chest but I know it's not that intense as it should be.
I tried to modify the weights, reps, concentrate on the movement but I just can't get that insane pump I'm looking for.
Now I'm thinking about hitting the delts before chest as a solution to that problem.

So what do You think? Is this makes any sense? What do You do to isolate Your chest?

    Thank You for Your reply!

    Yo again Antoine,

after watching your Delt vid previously on youtube I followed the workout last week as It looked great and I can't remember doing traps first in years if ever. Traps were really well worked by the end of the workout allot more stiffness through the week compared to a normal shoulder workout including traps, I was not surprised as this was to be expected obviously. I need to practice those rear raises (pushing directly back and up vs side) you superset with the standard side dumbell lifts, Triceps kept kicking in, need to play around and get the right weight & squeeze for it.. Great workout!

Edit* Nevermind, just found em', but for some reason i can' find the grey tank that you had. Are they currently selling those? Are they gonna sell them again at a later date, or is there anyone i can contact if I pay some extra cash? lol thanx
