    I have the same problem...
I can get a good pump in my chest but I know it's not that intense as it should be.
I tried to modify the weights, reps, concentrate on the movement but I just can't get that insane pump I'm looking for.
Now I'm thinking about hitting the delts before chest as a solution to that problem.

So what do You think? Is this makes any sense? What do You do to isolate Your chest?

    Thank You for Your reply!
I would not do that, try starting ur training with isolation then finishing with presses!

    Friday: Shoulders/Abs
    Saturday: Back/Bis
    Sunday: Off

My only concern is that I do deadlifts on back day, and I work my traps and rear delts on shoulders day, so I don't know if I'm overworking these muscle groups. Would it be better to save trap training for back day as well and just hit front/side/rear alone on shoulder day? Thanks man
Do shoulders after back.... And add an extra day off somewhere id you feel you need the rest!

Thanks for the response man, I think I'm gonna just try putting traps on back/bis day but keeping the split in the same order, think that'll be ok?

Btw, when are you starting your contest prep diet man? It looks like you improved everything in the posing in your latest MD video, I bet you can't wait to get in contest shape again!

Yeah I cant wait man... I start prep march 5! And yeah it would be better if you did traps and rear delts with back if you hit shoulders before back.

What drives you to do what you do?

If you weren't doing BB'ing what other sport do you think you would be doing? Cheers

Antoine, I know you follow a low fat pre contest diet but how does your diet differ in the offseason? Also, do you believe in nutrient timing? ( having the majority of carbs around the workout then more moderate amounts the rest of the day)
