    Im starting to like POWERLIFTING actually... I can see why JOJ and The Universal crew are doing it... its fun!!! I would probably also do MMA fighting..... its almost like bbing as far as the type of preparation (numerous weeks for 1 event...) ... but you actually punch people in the face. How cool is that????

    Off season I eat contest food, but in generous ammounts, with added good fats..!!! Mainly from Olive oil. I also eat alot more red meats. Nutrient timing is good, dont go eat pasta before bed, you will get fat!

    HI antoine!
    im 6,0 and weiginh around 165 18years old and trying to put some serius mass on my body, i train 5times a week and doing 3x cardio session aweek after lifting.. 20-30min on tredmill.

    I eat abaout 290gcarbs and same on protein and some heatlhy fats..

    what would u do so i gaiin more mass..

    im not wanting to put on to much bodyfat but ofc i gonna add some, im 10-11% right now, whats your thoughts on how high your BF should be in OFFseason?

    plss need some help!

    Increase clean carbs and do it for 6 months!

    Since early september i have been recuperating and focusing on recovery...

    Hey Antoine, I just have a couple of quick questions:

    (1) Have you ever reverse dieted after a show to try to have your metabolism recover (i.e., ate maintenance calories for a month after a show) or do you prefer to just clean bulk after shows?

    (2) Over what period of time did you notice the most growth in your arms, and how were you training them during this time?

    keep coming out with videos, i f**king love them!!! ive been trying to add mass right now, im about 163lbs 5'10 6% body fat- do you think chest/back in 1 day is a good way to gain size quicker? or should i rather isolate one muscle per day? lately i do supersets by working them both- incline B/p w/ pull ups. ext..
    right now my schedule is:

    M- chest/back
    T- shoulders/arms
    W-Off
    Thurs- Chest/back
    Fri-legs
    Sat-shoulders/arms
    sun-off

    I'm not Antoine but I'm constantly following his progress so I can tell you...haha

    last 8 or so weeks diet was:
    8oz lean beef with 8 egg whites and 1 cup oatmeal
    2 cups rice 10oz fish
    10oz sweet potato and 10oz fish
    1 cup rice and 10oz fish
    10oz fish and salad
    protein shake before bed
    I think he also had protein shake after workout with some carbs in it

    cardio was 45min am and 30 or 45 min pwo or pm can't remember

    I usually give all that my body needs after a show... I try to eat as clean as possible though!

    FST7 worked great on them... They go bigger when I was 20... And last year!

    You could try it for like a month and see if you like it. I hit them separatly though... Back demands so much energy itself!!!
