    Cardio twice a day, 30 bike in the morning and 40 min stepmill postworkout!

    I started to eat mostly tilapia at rhis point... With veggies and white rice!

    Hey man just curious you said you have been focusing on recovery and recouperating during your offseason. Does you training change at all when you taking a break from everything and letting your body recover and get going again

    do you train your bodyparts once or twice a week in your precontest stage ? What do you think is better cuz i see a lot of competitors are doing
    I. chest\bic
    II. back\tric
    III. legs \ delts and all over again

    No pro bbers do 3 day splits really.... The classic is 5 day split with bodyparts worked out once!

    well david henry did it when he became a pro... now he's using the advanced version of DC training

    Antoine, I am in contest prep and my arms are my worst bodypart. Would it be wise to train them twice a week (i.e., 2-3 exercises for bis after back, 2-3 exercises for tris after chest, and 3 exercises for each on their own arm day) in order to make sure that I retain all the muscle in my arms? Thanks man and good luck with your powerlifting comp!

    Id do it... But do 7X12 of isolation as your touch ups... FST7 style... And also have them on their own day!

    Hello Antoine, I am a big fan of yours and would like to know if he could give an example of diet and training in off season?

    Could you give any tips on my diet?
    Meal 1:
    1cup oatmeal, 1cup eggs whites and 1whole, 2slices brown bread and 1 apple
    Meal 2:
    8oz sweet potato and 6oz chicken breast
    Meal 3:
    45g whey protein, 1cup oatmeal and 1banana
    Meal 4:
    45g whey protein, 1cup yogurt fat free, 80g granola and 1 banana
    Meal 5:
    1cup white rice, 6oz chicken breast, green salada whit olive oil
    Meal 6:
    1large zunnichi, 6oz chicken breast, broccoli and olive oil
    Meal 7: (middle of the night)
    1cup egg white and 1 whole

    Why do you eat in the middle of the night?

    I would add brown rice in your last meal and also a little steak in the morning!!!! And eat 6 whites instead of 8 (morning only)

    Antoine, how many days or meals of junk do you give yourself after a show before going back to a lean mass phase? And how often do you incorporate cheat meals in the offseason while trying to stay relatively lean?
