8 because it is eating 1cup liquid egg whites.
I eat at night for several nutritionists as Chris Aceto and Neil Hill recommend to keep your metabolism high and always with amino acids in the blood, and also I wake up alone to go to the bathroom, so take advantage and make a meal.

What do you think of this division for bulking:
    Back / Biceps
    Chest / Triceps
    Legs / Calves
    Shoulder / Trap
    Back / Biceps
    Chest / Triceps
    Sunday: OFF

Once or twice a week in the off season.. After a show usually a couple days!

I would have arms on their own day and not do so many workouts back to back like that.... And liquid eggs you only absorb like 20% of the proteine you are better off with a shake like UNiversal PRO & OATS instead....!

Hi antoine, i am a big fan of you from europe
I did a 5 day split for almost 2 years with success....
What do you think about training every muscle group twice a week ? Due to a shoulder and patella tendon injury i cannot go too heavy and by training twice everything feels still swollen....

Day 1 morning chest, afternoon shoulder triceps
Day 2 morning back, afternoon biceps
    Day 3 legs
    Rest
    Day 5 starting over

    Thanks for your ideas.....

I heard about guys doing this... You need to eat a shit load of good food and take naps to make sure you recover! Try it out and see if it works for you!!!! If you are hurt back down the weight.. I know it sucks but you need to heal!!!

    Thanks Antoine,
Pump is great during the entire week. Muscles are looking fuller...but i already feel very fatique. Think this is something you can do only for some weeks...

Giving my body more time to heal and not training is the hardest part of the job. My patella tendon drives me nuts. Didnt train quads for 2 months, then started with presses....everything ok, but after doing squats again 3 weeks later....boom....pain is back... Right now the hammerstr. isolateral press gives me a save feeling, high reps, deep burn....you think you can develop quads even without squatting for a longer time?

Thanks, Antoine. Seems that you'll be eating a little less carbs than you are used to in the offseason...

Hey Antoine, how does this look for split just after doing a competition and looking to gain lean muscle?

    Monday: Delts/Tris (Military Press Day)
    Tuesday: Back/Traps/Hams (Deadlift Day)
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday: Chest/Bis (Bench Day)
    Friday: Quads/Calves (Squat Day)
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off

I'll probably do some FST-7 too. Btw new diet looks awesome, tons of quality calories!
