Antoine, congrats on the recognition your getting for the work you do within bodybuilding it's ace! Any way what's the lowest you will go on carbs pre contest? Do you feel going too low with destroy your metabolism or do you feel it's neccarsary to get really low body fat? Also do you carb cycle or reduce them at all I'm rest days? Thanks
What's up Antoine, greatly appreciate your videos and enthusiasm on the boards... quick question for you.... If I do cardio a few times a week following my lifting... about 20-30 minutes stepper or elliptical... what do you recommend nutrition wise, sip on a gatorade during the workout, maybe about 20 grams whey protein ..then do the cardio, or just wait until after the cardio to consume some nutrients. My goal is burning fat at this point. Thanks and best wishes.
antoine how do you structure your carbs in your diet? do you eat the biggest amount of carbs around your workout or do you spread them equal for every meal?
Antoine, how do you incorporate cheat meals/days in the offseason? I've heard post workout and the night before a weak bodypart are good ideas.
do you think factors like the number of fans wearing a competitor's t-shirt at shows and expos affects judging?
