I just passed the 49.5-year mark... should I start a new group -- "Over-50 Dawgs"?

So far so good, I feel like I'm actually making some decent progress for a change. Might even try to compete again sometime.

Welcome to MD, Gregger. And thanks for posting.

Turned 50 in August, so greetings from a fellow gray beard.

    That's awesome!
I was hoping this was still alive, it's a slightly diff support system we need being more seasoned and all!

How many posts before one can start a thread?

43 and still doing good. Just benched 315- the most for me ever. Also my weight is down from 236 to 195.
Trying to get down around 185 and my bf% under 15....

Now if some body can tell me how to get my hair to grow back and for my eyes to work correctly again....
