    Hey Matt I was following this on PM, but can't find it now. But I was a product of a prep that was ruined within hours at this years USA, definitely not the stage to do that on, well not any stage....

    Staying in a condo with kitchen and BBq of course -- heard there are to gym facilities on site luckily. You know I packed my raw nuts, dry tuna packets, and rice cakes.

    Will splurge at dinner nightly, but stay clean throughout day. Wife doesn't want me social networking and working on trip (which I understand) but I HATE getting or feeling behind work and it stresses me out. Clients, real job, threads , you name it.

    Hopefully ill be able to hop online a here and there....

    About 3 weeks out at 175lbs and a veiny mess!!!

    Everything was going good up until after weigh-ins. Weighed in at 173lbs so I thought I would just fill out and get harder and drier as the night went on. Well it went the opposite way, started to load up and my weight dropped, thought I was gonna weigh in the 180's for pj instead I left my room small, flat, and wet weighing 169lbs.

    I think I responded to you at professional muscle --- but what crazy water taper, sodium manipulation, carb loading process did your or some coach do to you in 24 hours?

    I have a few guesses but I will wait for your response!

    Remember people -- if a coach or adviser tell you or emails you a protocol and you see something like ---

    Tuesday -3 gals, wednesday 2 gals, Thursday 1 gal Friday sip 4oz water until noon and cut off...

    Drop sodium on Wednesday as you carb load for 3 days etc....

    Punch him in the face for me and run for the hills,,,,,,

    Hey Matt what would you do if a natural client is dieting for a show and drops over a kg of weight in a week but his skinfolds stay the same?
    (protein is at 1.5g per lb of lean mass and you have been gradually reducing calories)
    4 weeks till the show and weight and skinfolds have been dropping steady in the weeks prior

    ^ had a similar problem, lost 1.5kg in about 6 days and not as lean. then realised it was probably because it was the day before a refeed. after the refeed i was back up .6/7kg and much leaner/harder
