    So I just watched the video after you trained "arms"(with the train......I fucking hate trains, live near a crossing that always fucks my day up).......won't get into that, but really lets take a peak at your key points.......training arms is for pussys..........Well I do see your point and with that being said......we move on, I train to punish myself because i feel I dont do things well enough...........meds????.......just saying you can train hard as fuck and still like yourself......Now heres the good one....I.....want....to.....be....big. . . . . so I can take a bullet...........because I feel I need to protect people. WOW I was expecting some bullshit like i love being big or I like strong but that was a suprise, thinking about getting mother fucking shot.......so you do shoulder press, most people would be like "nah man i dont ever want to get shot, getting shot would suck, If theres one thing that sure doesn't make me want to grow delts its tha thought of getting shot". While I do live in the great white north of Canada and our science may be flawed, however or ammo will fly at 2,000ft/sec ++, have as much muscle as you want, the crazy shit you mofo's be shooting be passing right through any muscle you can buy sell or make, probably take your arm off. Anyway easy way to sum up what I think your message was; you want to be a hero and think your muscles will help, well big boy the goon doing the arms curls at your squat rack thinks the same.........wants to be a hero(not a fitness model) through muscle just like you. your a character bro keep it up.......maybe do your banking online, may get shot...........cant train after that...........make you hate yourself. hahahahahahahahahaha

    Thought the video was pretty cool.

    As far as the whole grip doesn't matter thing,grip strength so matters wspecially when deadlifting.
    Andy Bolton said when he finally broke 1000 on the deadlift it was because he focused on improving his grip strength. He said the only thing he changed about his training was more grip work. the tighter you can grip the less your other muscles have to work.

    Some say even with pressing. It's common to hear some powerlifters saying to squeeze the bar as hard as you possibly can when pressing. I've heard there's studies but there's lots of studies.
