I do agree a cheat meal or whatever isn't bad. I typically go out to eat once or twice a week, other than that I eat clean. If I am ina serious cut or was trying for a show it's a different story.

I agree. I just think if people are serious about the whole bodybuilding lifestyle a switch will go off and it'll be time to get back to being leaner and healthier looking, like me.

In all honesty, I'm in the high teens and you look to be about the same level of body fat as me. It's not a bad thing if you're competing. I personally don't care. Some people have very low self esteem and need to see abs yeast round.

Haha yeah man I mean I just want to be happy. I want to get in shape for myself and no one else. I was gonna say I'm probably 16-17%. I might compete in October, we'll see. Gonna see how the next month or so of training goes and stuff.
