went low carbs all week and went fucking ballistic this sunday.woke up 400GRAMS CARBS straight from sugar puff cereal.felt very tired and went into a slin coma.
then during the day i had 3/4 jar of chocolate spread.packet of cookies.5 snickers flapjacks.whole pizza with sauce.i went crazy and im still eating now - bread,choc spread more cookies etc.i used about 400mg r-ala before each meal too
After reading about some of these feasts, I feel like a little bitch with my two footlong sub cheat from yesterday.
preservatives, refined sugars and simple carbohydrates can probably contribute to mood swings, impulsive behaviour, etc.
if you've been eating clean and running hot, that's throwing gasoline on a fire,
or homeschool kids with a bag of coke
