    By "touch up" do you mean like 3-4 sets?

    I've been rotating having an arm day and doing bis with back and tris with chest or shoulders. I took about 1 month of from doing arms on their own day and I didn't lose any size but didn't gain much either. Just yesterday was my first day doing arms on their own day. I was stronger than I've ever been with a lot of the movements. Seated/vertical behind the head triceps extensions with 100lb ez bar for 10 reps no problem. I was quite excited. I say do it for as long as it works, then maybe give the arms a rest for a few weeks and then repeat.

    Yes. Pre exhaust/warm tris on chest day with light rope pushdows, about 5 sets at 80lbs.
    You wont gain size unless you go all-out on them arms. Once you get the size, you can skip dedicated arm days.

    I do arm day on its own and this is how i break my stuff up.

    Chest
    Back
    Shoulders/Traps
    Arms
    Legs

    rinse repeat. Obviously abs/calves in the mix but you get the idea.
